How To Order

Online

Step 1 

• Choose a Pendant, Package or Premium Product
• We have several shapes and sizes, and your choice of Rhodium, Ion Gold plating, Solid Sterling Silver and Solid 9ct Gold.

Step 2

• Choose any OPTIONAL Extras or Attachments
• Select any optional extras including Reverse Side Engraving, addtional services (eg: image merge), Key Chain, Key Charm, Necklace, Registered Post or Express Post. 

Step 3

• Follow the "View Cart" or "Checkout" button (located after every few items on each shop page) and use the Paypal Checkout to complete your payment.
• Please read our Terms and Condtions and contact us if you have any questions or concerns, prior to completing your order.

Step 4

• Return to our website and email your Photo/s, logo or artwork to be engraved following this link:  Email your digital image
• Please include your name, contact details (address and telephone), any text/message for the reverse side, and paypal receipt number with your email.  Thank you.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Upon receipt of your order, we will make any necessary adjustments to your photo (remove background, minor touch ups, adjust lighting, merge 2 images etc).  Where a lot of adjustments have been made to your photo, we will email the proof back to you for approval, prior to order processing.  You are welcome to request this option if you would like to see the proof before engraving.  Please check your email.
• The default font for text messages is Monotype Corsiva, if you would like a different font (subject to availability), please specify.
• Please keep in mind that we may need to contact you if there are any questions regarding your order.  If the "Gift Recipient" is likely to see any emails we may reply with, please specify your preferred contact method.

Once your order has been completed and posted, we will email you a confirmation to let you know (including any registered/express post tracking numbers if selected).

Mail Order

Click on the "Order Form" link below, print off and fill out your order form.  Attach your Order Form, Photograph and Payment (If using Direct Deposit, please include a copy of your payment receipt, if you want to pay via Paypal using your credit card we will email you a payment request upon receipt of your order) and mail to:
