It is your choice to add Registered post (insured up to $100), please ask for it when ordering, if you want it.  Etched In Memories will not be liable for any items lost or damaged in the post if insurance is not requested by the purchaser. Free Gift Wrapping is provided with all pendants, excluding sale items or special offers unless specified otherwise. Orders will be processed once full payment is received or your cheque has cleared. Please allow 7-14 business days for receipt of your order, from when payment is received.  If you require your item quickly, please request Express Postage. Please check your delivery address prior to placing your order.  Ensure it is correct and complete.  If it is handwritten, please ensure it is clear and easy to read.  A postage charge may be added if the item needs to be re-posted due to an error in your given delivery details. Logo's, trademarks and other copyrighted material will only be engraved with the permission of the company and/or owner of that material. References to "Silver" and "Gold" on this website are in reference to colour only.  Our standard pendants are made from a Brass base with either a Rhodium plating (silver coloured), Ion Plated Gold or High Gold plating (gold coloured).  Premium Pendants will be referred to as 9ct Gold (9ct) or Sterling Silver (SS). Premium solid 9ct Gold and solid Sterling Silver pendants are hand-made to order by a jeweller.  Individual pendant manufacture can take up to one week from the time of your order.   Privacy Policy Your privacy is important to us.  Any personal details you provide to us will be used for Etched In Memories order process or newsletter distribution only.  Newsletters will only be sent to those that request subscription and those subscribers may cancel at any time.  None of your personal details will be supplied to any other company and all photographs received in hardcopy will be returned to you with your order.   100% Satisfaction Guarantee Etched In Memories offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return it within 7 days of delivery.  There will be a 20% restocking fee to cover the costs of handling and return.  Any additional postal charges incurred on your order (eg: Registered Post) are non-refundable.  Postage charges for the return of your item are non-refundable, you will need to arrange the return of your item and pay for the return postage cost.  To return your item, please send us a letter of cancellation together with the product (in complete and original condition) and a copy of your invoice, to: Etched In Memories PO Box 673 KINGS LANGLEY  NSW  2147
